Jacquie Cobb is the President of SCCR. She’s been involved in dog rescue for over 14 years and holds a Bachelors degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. She has two rescue dogs, Henry (a lab-pit bull mix) and Blaze (a Great Dane-Boxer mix) who are the best dogs EVER! Her favorite things to do (other than rescuing dogs of course) are cooking, traveling, and spending time with her boyfriend, Bill. Her favorite part about rescue is evaluating the dogs at animal control and taking them out, on to their new & improved lives!

She graduated from Barat College in Lake Forest and recently retired as President of Best Travel where she enjoyed a long career before the company was sold in 2014. Judy has 3 rescue dogs, and while she loves ALL dogs, her favorites are little fluffy white ones!
