Margo
Margo is being returned to SCCR after her adoption in September. She is a sweet, playful, and very active 2-year-old chocolate Lab who needs more daily exercise and enrichment than her adoptive family is able to provide.
Margo is dog friendly and enjoys rough play. She has attended daycare, though large groups of dogs can be overwhelming for her. She does well with children, including toddlers as young as two. With new adult strangers, she may show some initial nervousness (barking and backing away), so a patient, understanding approach is important.
She is not crate trained and may experience some separation anxiety. Margo loves going for walks, but is strong on leash, and has a high prey drive toward small animals.
Margo would thrive in an active home committed to meeting her physical and mental needs.
